I found the space dark, the doors locked, and the front windows covered from the inside with construction paper. There was a sign on the door saying "Future Home of Cheerful Cleaners" but it and the paper on the windows was sun - faded. I did not have access to inspect the interior so I can't say for sure that no work has been done but I can say that they are certainly not open for business, there is no sign of recent activity, and no evidence that the boilers have been installed without permit. I'm closing my BCE2008 -00076 case and returning the permit application file to you. Maybe the financing for their store dried up like other construction loans.
