On February 11, 2004, the parties filed a stipulated motion to consolidate and for an
12
extension of time. That motion requested that LUBA Nos. 2004-006 and 2004-015 be
•13
consolidated and that an order be issued extending the time for the respondent to transmit the
14
record in each of these matters until 21 days after the decision by the Court of Appeals is issued
15
in Media Art, Inc. v. City of Tigard, CA A123514. The parties' stipulated motion also requested
16
that all other timelines, including the time for filing the petition for review and respondent's
17
brief, as well as the time for issuance of the Board's final order should be extending accordingly.
18
On February 10, 2004, one day before the parties filed their stipulated motion, the Board
19
consolidated these two matters on its own motion. The Board also ordered that the City shall
20
submit a single consolidated record on or before February 26, 2004.
21
Also on February 10, 2004, Patricia Lunsford, Senior Administrative Specialist for the
22
City of Tigard, filed the record in LUBA No. 2004-006.
23
In light of these occurrences on February 10, 2004, the parties jointly move to
24
supplement their prior stipulated motion by requesting that the time period for petitioner to
25
26 object to the record in LUBA No. 2004-006 be to as of February 10, 2004, and that such time
