Interpreters. ASNW will provide professional, qualified Sign Language
Interpreters for appointments and meetings requested by representatives of
the City of Tigard Municipal Court,

Cost of Services: Please see attached ,nate sheet for prices and
terms.
If the assignment finishes early, ASNW bills for the entire time originally booked.
If the assignment extends beyond the scheduled time, additional time is billed in half
hour increments. A two hour minimum and/or travel charges may apply for legal
interpreting.
Terms:
Upon completion of any assignments, ASNW will submit invoice to the requester.
Payment must be received by ASNW no later than 30 days from the date the invoice is
received by the City of Tigard Municipal Tigard. Late charges will apply if these
terms are not met.
By signing this contract, the City of Tigard Municipal Court and its representatives
agree to these terms as stated above.

The following policies apply to the interpreting services requested, as detaited in the attached Service Agreement. These terms remain in effect for
subsequent assignments unless negotiated in writing in advance. These terms are subject to change,
For assignments in the Portiand/Vancouver Metro Area:
There its a one-hour minimum for all jobs.After the first hour, services are billed in half-hour increments.
M-F Standard ASL Interpreting First Hour: $75.00 Additional hours: $60.00/hr
Weekend Standard ASL Interpreting First Dour. $80.00 Additional hours: $65.00/hr
ASL Interpreting in Legal Settings First Hour: $85.00 Additional hours: $70.00/hr
Emergency Medical Interpreting I First Hour: $35,00 Additional hours: $70.00/hr
Performance interprefrng rates are qucted on a case by case basks and are available upon request.
• Surcharges:
*Travel/Mileage charges may apply outside the Portland/Metro Area and are ne otiated at the time of request
Short Notice Requests Requests rnade with less than two business day's notice may be
billed a $10.00 surcharge
Shift Differentials 5:00pm - 9:59pm: $5.00/hour
10:00pm - 5;59am: $10.00/hour
6:00am - 7:59am: $5.00/hour
