AMENDMENT #1
The Agreement between the City of Tigard, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, hereinafter called
City, and Anderson Krygier, Inc. DBA Knot Studio, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, is hereby amended
as follows:
1. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED
Section 2 of the Contract is amended to add additional scope as provided in Exhibit A of this
amendment.
2. COMPESATION
Section 3 of the Contract is amended to increase the total potential compensation by Thirty-Three
Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Three and No/100 ($33,463.00), to a new not to exceed amount of
Four Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Two Hundred and No/100 ($464,200.00).
Except as expressly provided in this contract amendment, all other terms remain unchanged.

EXHIBIT A
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED
INTRODUCTION
Contractor will provide additional Landscape Architectural Services for the Nick Wilson Plaza Project.
SCOPE OF WORK
Contractor will complete the following tasks:
A. Truck Turning Analysis
a. Confirm design vehicle software and layout truck movements and check for conflicts.
b. Prepare draft memo and exhibit.
c. Revise analysis per comments, if any.
d. Finalize memo.
B. Update Crosswalk Design
a. Modify crosswalk design at a location further north, partially on the bridge structure and
impact slab.
b. Improvements include widening the sidewalk and potentially narrowing the diagonal parking
stall depth along the west side of the bridge.
c. Coordinate with Structural Engineer on potential modifications to walkways and
improvements that may interface with the existing bridge impact slab.
d. Cost is for Schematic Design work only. Existing fees in Task 7 scope will be applied to all
subsequent phases.
e. Work assumes no impacts to the storm water planters to the north and that no new storm
water facilities will be required.
C. Structural Engineering
a. Provide structural engineering for sidewalk replacement on bridge structure and impact slab.
The existing sidewalk is assumed to be an overlay, not a structural component of the bridge.
b. Anchorage of one type of relocated or replaced light pole and one type of pedestrian crossing
flashing light on the bridge impact slab.
c. Abutment/End wall modifications to widen plaza entrance per Schematic Design drawings.
SCHEDULE MILESTONES
The addition of these services will not extend the length of this Contract. All work will be completed by
December 31, 2025.
