Began in the mid-1980s when Trimet said there should be a non-profit system to help the elderly,
disabled, and general people

Starts at 9 am, the bus would be helpful to reach the school at 8:30 am
Ends at 3:15, the bus would be helpful to leave at 5 pm
Safety on public transportation
Drivers can contact dispatch if any disturbances
The door-to-door aspect can feel safer
Tigard-specific so it feels like a community and safer
Hoping to be instated mid or end of March, maybe April
