The purpose of the Park and Recreation Advisory Board is to advise and
advocate for park and recreation opportunities for a growing Tigard.

Call for comments from the public.
6:10 p.m. 4. Welcome New PRAB Members
Introduction of new PRAB Members Skip Hack and Denise Stephens
6:15 p.m. 5. Fanno Creek Trail Update
Public Works/Senior Project Engineer Zach Morris will provide an update on the
status of the Fanno Creek Trail Connections Project.
6:35 p.m. 6. Public Works Department Communication Update
Public Works Community Engagement Coordinator, Jessica Love, will provide
information on upcoming Public Works programs and activities of interest to the
Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.
6:45 p.m. 7. Parks and Recreation Manager Update
Parks, Recreation and Green Infrastructure Manager, Rick Gruen, will provide
updates on park related policies, programs, and projects of interest.

Update, overview, and future Recreation offerings from Kaitlyn Leaf, Recreation
Program Coordinator and Justin More, Recreation Program Specialist.

Projects and operations update from Parks Supervisors, Martin McKnight and
Greg Stout.
7:15 p.m. 10. Advocacy Items
- Parking lot from prior PRAB meetings for further discussion at a later date:
o Drone use in parks
o Park policy/rules (trail safety etiquette; fishing limitations)
