Gov Forum: What's on your ballot?
March 24th
Help from team library council: invited us to join their meeting Thursday, January 4th 5:00-7:00 to help
plan event (looking for 1-2 people at least to join, follow up via email)
Coordinating the flow of the event: deciding on speakers, coming up with questions to ask, coordinating
snacks, potentially contacting speakers, social media and school marketing
Point people: Chloe and Kim
No meetings until Jan 8th:
Kenny Asher will come for presentation on climate related issues
As a city, aggressive goals to be carbon neutral
Jan 22nd;
Someone from ride shuttle coming for feedback, focus group
Questions on public transportation
*Potential hygiene drive collab with Period Club?
Drive: ask about utensils, hygiene items, ect.

Unite Oregon: nonprofit racial justice oriented: contacted Alex regarding food drive
