RESOLUTION NO. 23-3 S
A RESOLUTION RE-APPOINTING CHRIS SJOLIN AS A VOTING MEMBER, APPOINTING
SUSANA ELY AS A VOTING MEMBER, PATTY LOFGREN AS A VOTING MEMBER, BRYAN
PURDIN AS A VOTING MEMBER,AND JOHN GOODHOUSE AS AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO
THE TOWN CEN 1'ER ADVISORY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Tigard City Council established the Town Center Advisory Commission to make
recommendations to the Town Center Development Agency and the City Council on Tax Increment Financing
(TIF) policy,budget, and implementation to improve Tigard's TIF districts;and
WHEREAS, there exists five upcoming vacancies for voting members and two vacancies for non-voting
alternate members; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends that Council reappoint Chris Sjolin and appoint Susana Ely, Patty
Lofgren, and Bryan Purdin as voting members; and appoint John Goodhouse as a non-voting alternate
member.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Chris Sjolin is re-appointed to Town Center Advisory Commission as a voting member for a
3-year term,effective January 1,2024 through December 31,2026.
SECTION 2: Susana Ely is appointed to Town Center Advisory Commission as a voting member for a 3-
year term, effective January 1,2024 through December 31,2026.
SECTION 3: Patty Lofgren is appointed to Town Center Advisory Commission as a voting member for a
3-year term,effective January 1,2024 through December 31,2026.
SECTION 4: Bryan Purdin is appointed to Town Center Advisory Commission as a voting member for a
3-year term,effective January 1,2024 through December 31,2026.
SECTION 5: John Goodhouse is appointed to Town Center Advisory Commission as an alternate member
for a 3-year term, effective January 1,2024 through December 31,2026.
SECTION 6: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
