RESOLUTION NO. 23-y/
A RESOLUTION RE-APPOINTING KEN HENSCHEL AS AN AT-LARGE MEMBER AND
APPOINTING MICHAEL BREWIN AS AN AT-LARGE MEMBER TO THE WATER ADVISORY
BOARD.
WHEREAS, Tigard City Council established the Water Advisory Board to act as an advisory body to the City
Council and staff to continue to work together with the City of Durham and Tigard Water District as good
stewards of a fully integrated water supply system for current and future water system users within the Tigard
Water Service Area;and
WHEREAS, Mayor Lueb recommends re-appointing Ken Henschel and appointing Michael Brewin to the
city's Water Advisory Board.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Ken Henschel is re-appointed to Water Advisory Board as an at-large member for a 4-year
term,effective January 1,2024 through December 31,2027.
SECTION 2: Michael Brewin is appointed to Water Advisory Board as an at-large member for a 4-year
term,effective January 1,2024 through December 31,2027.
SECTION 3: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
