A RESOLUTION RE-APPOINTING JOY LI AS A VOTING MEMBER TO THE AUDIT

WHEREAS, Tigard City Council established the Audit Committee to manage the audit contract with the city's
outside audit firm and oversee the city's internal control management;and
WHEREAS, one vacancy was created on the Audit Committee when the term expired for Elizabeth Gils
Carbo;and
WHEREAS,Mayor Lueb recommends re-appointing Joy Li to the city's Audit Committee
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Joy Li is reappointed to Audit Committee as a voting member for a 3-year term, effective
January 1,2024 through December 31,2026.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
