RIVER TERRACE FIELD TRIP / BUS TOUR
DATE: September 18, 2023 – 6:00 p.m.
STARTING LOCATION: Tigard City Hall
13125 SW Hall Blvd.
Sr. Planner Schuyler Warren, and Assistant Community Development Director Tom McGuire will lead the
Planning Commission on a bus tour of River Terrace to provide an update of current development in River
Terrace 1.0 and provide context for future community planning in River Terrace 2.0.
Potential Quorum - No deliberations will take place.
• 5:30 PM – A light dinner will be provided. Commissioners may eat before the tour (5:30–6:00),
or on the bus if unable to arrive earlier than 6:00PM.
• 6:00 PM – MEET, GREET AND DEPART FROM TIGARD CITY HALL
