Chair will call the meeting to order. Recorder will conduct roll call.

Call for comments from the public.
7:10 PM 4. Public Works Communication Update
Public Works Community Engagement Coordinator, Jessica Love, will provide
information on upcoming programs and activities of interest to the Parks and
Recreation Advisory Board.
7:20 PM 5. Parks and Recreation Manager Update
Parks, Recreation and Green Infrastructure Manager, Rick Gruen, will provide
updates on park related programs and projects of interest.
7:30 PM 6. Legal Update
City Attorney, Shelby Rihala, will provide an update on new downtown Tigard
Park Rules as well as discuss other rules and ordinances impacting Tigard parks.
8:00 PM 7. Recreation Update
Update, overview, and future Recreation offerings from Kaitlyn Leaf, Recreation
Program Coordinator.
8:10 PM 8. Park Updates
Projects and operations update from Parks Supervisors Martin McKnight and
Greg Stout.
8:20 PM 9. Advocacy Items
