o Create action items based on previous two sessions
1. Three SMART strategic priorities (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic,
and time-bound) for the next 18mos (not just event-related) eg. recruitment,
advocacy, etc.
2. Proposed activities for coming spring and summer months that coincide with
goals
3. Roadmap for completion (who does what and timeline), including measures of
success
4. Outcomes
a. Any bylaw changes to be presented to Council (Alex on point)
