Universal Plaza Update Martin McKnight, Parks Supervisor, and Rick Gruen, Parks and Recreation Manager, will provide a presentation on the progress of Universal Plaza. 8:00 P.M. 6. Parks and Recreation Manager Update Parks, Recreation and Green Infrastructure Manager, Rick Gruen, will provide updates on projects of interest including River Terrace Town Center Community Park, Cook Park Accessible Dock and Inclusive Playground, Summerlake Hardcourts, Steve Street Park and status of the Implementation Plan.
