• Everyone please update spreadsheet
• Questions: If we don't have questions Meagan will make them up for the vendor and we will
need to make sure the vendors know what it is.
• Discussion of city's health care for retirees before they reach Medicare age. Can continue
benefits at the city with EE paying the full amount
• Discussion of health screening: Do we want to continue to do this. Cost is a large portion of our
budget. After discussion of expense and the option of doing every year, decided to skip this year
• Survey about screen in questions perhaps.
• Discussion about chalkboard/no chalkboard-ideas about health resources people use or are
looking for. Questions-what's your favorite... Dana is going to look at the floor plan more.
• Ken will update spreadsheet on which acupuncturists are coming.
• Send materials to Jennifer in Risk

Decorations: Lemons & Basil plants, lemon basil infused water. Dollar store decorations like jump ropes
and yoga blocks.
Door prizes: Kathleen & Dana will take care of the door prizes along with the table decoration give away
Meagan is looking for suggestions about music or video
Start talking about it with your department pretty soon.
Debreif: Chilli good,fruit great, articles,veggie challenge results unknown. People really like the fruit
baskets.
Discussion of challenge ideas.Think about it. Feed Kelly challenge ideas. She's thinking maybe 2
challenges. Possibly Walk/run and plank/pushup. Check with IT about getting some walking maps from
the city buildings that are 10/15/30 min walks for the challenge.
