Review of Plan for this Quarter
Article for the first quarter includes forest bathing, maps for quick walks
2nd month: Do Something New Challenge-Spreadsheet on (:Citywide. Link to from Inside Tigard Wellness
Page. Brady& Meagan will coordinate with Nancy. We'll do a drawing from all participants. Some
coordination will be needed for prizes. Dana will check with Brandi about use of Kudos for prize
issuance.
3rd month: Healthy Aging Month-lets do some puzzles. Meagan will purchase some prizes.

Grants: Kenny Asher has assembled a grant writing team for the city. Could we use that resource to
apply for grants for funding? Keep that in mind.Talk to Ken if ideas.
