■ Review of Current Organization Of Committee (5 Minutes)
* We reviewed the current organization,which is 4 quarterly themes with an activity
and information sent for each quarter. The quarters are handled in teams of two,who
do the planning and report back/get feedback from the group. Then the group assists
with implementation as needed.
* Ken volunteered to look at the mission statement
* Dana will Send wellness policy out
* We discussed a survey, but we're pretty late for doing this one and getting next year
implemented. Survey next year maybe?
■ Fourth Quarter Update (15 Minutes)
* Delivered kindness cards & payroll info in October
* Discussion of rocks-Today send rocks with people to begin distribution
* December—Wrap up flier, and also bring up some ideas for ways to give within our
community. Different agencies. Ways to be involved if you want to. Resource to
others.
* Shared some handout fliers regarding community resources.
