Call to Order and Roll Call Chair will call the meeting to order. Recorder will conduct roll call. 7:02 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes: September 12, 2022 7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience Call for comments from the public. 7:10 p.m. 4. Lasich Property Discussion Rick Gruen, Parks, Recreation and Green Infrastructure Manager, and Schuyler Warren, Senior Planner, Community Development will provide an update on Lasich Property land use impacts. 7:30 p.m. 5. Steve Street Park Carla Staedter, Engineering Project Manager, will provide an update on Steve Street Park including upcoming community engagement and project development efforts. 7:50 p.m. 6. NRPA Awards and Recognition Programs Natalie Newgard, PRAB Member, will provide information on the National Recreation and Parks Association (NRPA) 30 under 30 recognition program for parks and recreation professionals. 8:00 p.m. 7. Parks and Recreation Manager Update Parks, Recreation and Green Infrastructure Manager, Rick Gruen, will provide updates regarding public meeting policy/requirements, and projects of interest including Reservoir 18, River Terrace Town Center Community Park and the Tigard/Tualatin/TTSD Field Use Agreement.
