7:15 PM 4. NRPA Agency Performance Review – 2022
Tigard Parks and Recreation Manager, Rick Gruen, will update PRAB on key findings from 2022 National
Recreation and Parks Association (NRPA) Agency Performance Review with comparisons to Tigard Parks
and Recreation metrics. Review provided and can also be found:

7:40 PM 5. River Terrace Town Center Community Park Update
Tigard Parks and Recreation Manager, Rick Gruen, will share updated plans/information for the new River
Terrace Town Center Community Park.
8:00 PM 6. Parks and Recreation Manager Update
Parks, Recreation, and Green Infrastructure Manager, Rick Gruen will provide updates on other park and
recreation related policies, projects, and programs.
8:10 PM 7. Recreation Updates
Update, overview, and future Recreation offerings from Recreation Coordinator, Kaitlyn Leaf.
8:20 PM 8. Parks Updates
Projects and operations update from Parks Supervisors Martin McKnight and Greg Stout.
