This is an Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement effective July 1, 2017 (hereinafter
"Agreement"), by and between the City of Tigard, an Oregon municipal corporation (hereinafter
"Tigard"), and City of Lake Oswego, an Oregon municipal corporation (hereinafter"Lake Oswego");and
Whereas,the parties wish to amend the Agreement to extend the naturally expiring date.
WITNESSETH:
1. Paragraph 2.Term of the Agreement is hereby amended by striking the text marked with
,i;,ethFewg; and inserting the text marked by double underline:
2. TERM, This Agreement shall begin on July 1, 2017 and continue until June 30,
2018 (the "Initial Term"), and shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms
(each, a "Renewal Term") for a period of 5 years, naturally expiring on ju e '^,�- 0, '022-
December 30, 2022, unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least
90 days prior to the expiration of the then-current initial Term or Renewal Term.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement may be terminated at any time by
either party in accordance with Section 10.
All other provisions of the Agreement referenced above shall remain in full force and effect.
