The Agreement between the City of Tigard,a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon,hereinafter called
City, and CES I NW, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, entered into on the 1 st day of February, 2021, is
hereby amended as follows:
1. COMPENSATION
Professional Service Fee rates are adjusted according to the attached Exhibit B.
2. METHOD AND PLACE OF SUBMITTING NOTICE, BILLS AND PAYMENTS
Section 10,of the contract is amended to update the contact for the City.

PROJECT EXPENSES
Direct project related expenses from outside vendors are reimbursed at cost plus
ten percent.
Direct project related expenses provided by CES are included in the above
hourly rates except travel expenses requiring overnight accommodations which
are reimbursed at federal standard per-diem rates.
Survey crew rates do not include Prevailing Wage Construction Staking rates.
Prevailing Wage Rates will be established at the time of contract as BOLI Rates
change twice a year.
