developed and occupied by Huttig Building Products (a Wholesale and Equipment Rental use),which
is an allowed use in the I-L zone.
The most recent land use approval for this property is MMD2005-00013,which approved expansion
of the improved surface on site subject to a CWS revegetation plan. There do not appear to be any
outstanding conditions, variances, or other special permits governing this property. A copy of the
approval letter and plans for MMD2005-00013 has been attached.
