On February 3rd, John and Sherrill spoke by phone to Allyson Armstrong, Plans
Examiner/Building Inspector 1 at the City of Tigard Building Department
regarding the original set of plans that were submitted under Permit
#MST2018-00143.
Allyson pulled up records and verified that any construction (including the
enclosed space), was submitted, inspected, and approved by the City of Tigard
Building Department.
Allyson assured us that all work done and inspected by the City of Tigard was
final on August 1, 2018 with no further requirements. Therefore, I do not intend
to do any further work.

503-718-2612. The City offices are currently closed to the public due to COVID.
