AMENDMENT #1
The Agreement between the City of Tigard,a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon,hereinafter called
City, and Wallis Engineering,PLLC,hereinafter referred to as Contractor,is hereby amended as follows:
1. COMPENSATION
Section 3 of the contract is amended to modify Exhibit B,Schedule of Fees to increase the hourly rates
effective February 1, 2022, by 6.89655% based on the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics CPI-U. Exhibit
B, Schedule of Fees shall be replaced in its entirety with the attached Exhibit B1.
2. METHOD AND PLACE OF SUBMITTING NOTICE,BILLS AND PAYMENTS
Section 10,of the contract is amended to update the contact for the City.
