AMENDMENT #1
The Agreement between the City of Tigard,a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon,hereinafter called
City, and Hummingbird Community Cooperation, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, is hereby amended
as follows:
1. EFFECTIVE DATE/CONTRACT TERM
This Agreement is hereby extended to June 30, 2023
2. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED
The general scope of services is amended to perform additional services as described in Exhibit B-1.
3. COMPENSATION
Additional compensation for services as described in Exhibit B-1 are $1,400 for a total contract amount
of$15,400.
4. Except as expressly provided in this contract amendment, all other terms remain unchanged.

GENERAL SCOPE OF SERVICES
1. Task 2: Facilitated Conversations
Following the completion of the three-hour workshop identified in Task 2 (B) of the original Agreement,
Contractor will provide an additional three-hour workshop to enable participants to continue the discussion.
The workshop will address priorities identified during the first DEI Committee and Leadership workshop to
include:
a. A half-hour debrief of the Re-Moving Barriers to Allyship (RMBA) caucus.
b. Two hours for planning and next steps.
c. A half-hour debrief with the Contractor team (1.5 hours of team member time).
