Members Absent: David Burke, Richard Keast (Vice Chair), and Serge Killingsworth. Staff Present: City Engineer Joe Wisniewski, SRTS Program Coordinator Hendrik Broekelschen, and Sr. Administrative Specialist Joe Patton. Others Present: N/A. 1. CALL TO ORDER Chair Harshfield called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. The meeting was held remotely using MS Teams with a call-in number provided for the public. 2. CONSIDER MINUTES The January 5, 2022 meeting Minutes were unanimously approved. 3. PUBLIC COMMENT—N/A 4. TIGARD PD CROSSWALK ENFORCEMENT `22 This topic was deferred to a future meeting as the scheduled speaker was unavailable. 5. "MOVE4MAY" `22 PROGRAMMING Hendrik gave a presentation and discussed how the event happened last year,partnerships, and events planned for this year. Events include month long as well as specific days and places. Events planned include Walk&Ride to School Day,E-Bike Demonstrations Pop-Ups,Art Walk, Duathlon, Story Walk,and a TTAC Speaker Series. Members offered suggestions on possible locations,promotion of events, and speakers. 6. TIGARD ENGINEERING UPDATES Joe Wisniewski noted that the Council adopted the TSP. For the next CIP project list current projects will be reevaluated and TTAC will be asked for input. The contingency levels have escalated 20 to 30% due to supply chain issues. Courtney Furman was hired to fill the Senior Project Engineer position and she act as the city's Traffic and Transportation Engineer. She will handle the Traffic Calming Program and Policy,with TTAC input for project ranking. The Main St. Green St. project contractor was hired, but supplies are not available until mid-April due to supply chain issues. Many projects will experience similar delays and other jurisdictions have noted the same supply chain issues. Other utility work must be completed prior to the project start. 7. NON-AGENDA ITEMS A. Lindsey shared a Southwest Corridor update noting that work continued on the Environmental Impact Statement. It is finalized and available online at https://www.swcorridorplan.org.
