Call for comments from the public.
7:10 p.m. 4. PRAB Member Introductions
PRAB Chair to welcome new members, roundtable introductions (PRAB
members and Parks & Rec staff , provide a general overview of PRAB including
purpose, member roles and responsibilities, as well as a brief overview of Tigard
Parks and Recreation Division.
7.30 p.m. 5. Parks and Recreation System Plan Update
Marissa Grass, Public Works Community Engagement Coordinator to present the
Parks and Recreation Story in preparation of the January 25, 2022 Council meeting
to consider a Resolution to Adopt the Parks and Recreation System Plan.
7:50 p.m. 6. Parks and Recreation Manager Update
Parks, Recreation and Green Infrastructure Manager, Rick Gruen, will provide
updates on the City's current COVID-19 policies, upcoming parks tour with the
Mayor on January 15, status of the Cook Park Inclusive Play project, Lasich
Property planning effort, consideration of a transfer of property to City Parks,
Universal Plaza design phase, and the Reservoir 18 Water project.
