TIGARD CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION NO. 21- 3
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JOHN ROBERTS,GEORGE BRANDT AND AHSHA MIRANDA AS
VOTING MEMBERS OF THE TIGARD PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS,there are three vacancies for voting members on the Planning Commission;and
WHEREAS,John Roberts and George Brandt applied for appointments, and Alternate Commissioner Ahsha
Miranda agreed to fill a newly vacated voting position;and
WHEREAS, the Mayor's Appointment Advisory Committee recommends that Council appoint John Roberts
and George Brandt as voting members with terms that will expire December 31,2025;and
WHEREAS, the Mayor's Appointment Advisory Committee recommends that Council appoint Alternate
Commissioner Ahsha Miranda as a voting member to fill the newly vacated term that will expire December 31,
2022.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: John Roberts and George Brandt are appointed to the Planning Commission as voting
members to fill terms that will expire December 31,2025.
SECTION 2: Alternate Commissioner Ahsha Miranda is appointed as a voting member to fill the newly
vacated position that will expire December 31,2022.
SECTION 3: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
