Parks and Recreation System Plan Update PRAB to receive an update from the October 19, 2021 Council meeting. 7:50 p.m. 7. Parks and Recreation Manager Update Parks, Recreation and Green Infrastructure Manager, Rick Gruen, will provide updates on the Boards and Committee recruitment process, current COVID-19 plan for a return to in-person/hybrid meetings, the Cook Park Dock Replacement and Inclusive Play projects, the status of the Lasich Property Development Plan and the status of the Reservoir 18 Water project.
