advocate forpark and recreation opportunities for a growing Tigard.

7:00 p.m. 1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Chair will call the meeting to order. Recorder will conduct roll can.
7:02 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes: September 13, 2021
7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience
Call for comments from the public.
7:10 p.m. 4. Parks and Recreation Master Plan Update
PRAB to receive a presentation from MIG on the revised Parks and Recreation
Master Plan.
7:30 p.m. 5. Parks and Recreation Master Plan Discussion/Action
PRAB to discuss Parks and Recreation Master Plan and next steps. PRAB to take
possible action to accept the Parks and Recreation Plan as presented and
recommend Council adoption by resolution; PRAB discussion to prepare for
October 19, 2021 Council work session in regard to the Parks and Recreation
Master Plan.
8:10 P.M. 6. Parks and Recreation Manager Update
Parks, Recreation and Green Infrastructure Manager, Rick Gruen, will provide
updates on the Boards and Committee recruitment process, current COVID-19
status for Tigard Parks and Rec programs, Cook Park Dock Replacement and
Inclusive Play projects and the TTSD/Tualatin/Tigard fields and facility
partnership.
8:20 p.m. 7. Recreation Update
Update, overview, and future Recreation offerings from Recreation Coordinator,
Kaitlyn Leaf.
