3. Reading of Minutes of Previous Meetings: July 21 , 1982 & July 28, 1982.

5. Discussion & Response that all NPO's Meet monthly or quarterly?
6. Reading of Response from Rick Daniels, Washington County Planning Director,
regarding Murray Blvd. &/or 135th Avenue

MINUTES
NPO #3
August 18, 1982
1. Meeting called to order at 7:40 P.M.
2. ROLL CALL: Present: Mortenson, Blodsoe, Monnier, Horowitz and Romsdell.
Absent with excuse were Fyre and Watkins. Also absent were
Porter and Clark. Mr. Clark has been absent several times
now and according to the ordinance regulating NPO's, he is no
longer a recognized member of NPO #3.
3. Minutes of previous meetings were approved with one typographical correction.
Also items that were to be attached were circulated.
4. Site Design Review recommendations - Midas Muffler —Pacific Highway.
By unanimous motion, NPO #3 suggests that the City approve the site design
review for Midas Muffler, pending clarification of the following: drainage
plans, plans for the undeveloped area in the back, additional landscaping
on the berm for visual effect and noise control.
5. Tentatively NPO #3 will hold an NPO - wide educational meeting for the
comprehensive plan. The timing is to be arranged by the chairperson.
6. A letter of response was received from Rick Daniels, Washington County
Planning Director, regarding Murray Blvd. and/or 135th Avenue extension.
The letter is attached to these minutes.
7 - 12. There was a little general discussion in the short time remaining.
