December 14, 1982
1 Call to order at74 0 PM
2. Roll Call: Present were Mortenson, Fyre, Bledsoe, Horowitz, Ramsdell
and Porter. Excused absent was Moonier.
Staff: Liz Newton. Visiting was Don Larson, 13870 SW 121st.
3. Minutes of December 1, 1982 meeting were approved.
4. Public Input. Mr. Don Larson expressed concerns regarding the placement of
apartments at 121st and Gaarde, and about eventual widening of SW 121st
Avenue to the proposed City standards.
5. Other Business: Public Facilities and Services. NPO #3 reviewed and
revised its suggested changes to this element in response to comments
made by the Planning Commission. NPO #3's revised suggested changes were
presented the following night, December 15 to Tigard City Council.
6. NPO #3 approved several recommended changes to the Natural Features &
Open Spaces element. These will by typed by the secretary.
7. NPO #3 approved more recommended changes to the Transportation element,
but we did not finish discussion on this element.
8. Next meeting will be December 29, 1982 at 7:30 at City Hall.
9. Adjournment at 10:00 P.M.
