December 14, 1983
1 . Called to order at 7:37 P.M. at City Hall
2. ROLL CALL: Bledsoe, Moonier, Mortenson, and Ramsdell
3. J.B. Bishop had told Bob Bledsoe in a telephone conversation that he was
not ready yet to present his development proposal for Tigard West.
He said he will be at our meeting January 9, 1983, to present this proposal.
4. Planning Commission has denied the application for the Park Place development
at 121st and Gaarde. The NPO directed Chairman Bob Bledsoe to ask Bob
Miller what he's going to do now. Also he should point out that the NPO
favors construction of a minor collector including direct access for houses.
