Motion: By Bill Gross to approve with recommendation that there is no access
from tract A if the adjoining property is developed multi-family. Seconded: Katy
Dorsett. In favor: G Against: 0
4. Subdivision, SUB 91-0005 - Alexander
Motion: By Bill Gross to approve. Seconded by Ed Howden.
In favor: 6 Against: 0
5. Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Zone Change Request, CPA 91-0001: Bill
Gross
Motion: By Ed Howden accept and approve. Seconded: Katy Dorsett
In favor: 6 Against: 0 Abstain: 2
6. Motion: By Ed Howden that Lee Cunningham re-submit his zone change request.
