Meeting Minputes
The Meeting was called to order by James Boylan, Chairperson
at 7:30 PM, A ouorum was oresent and due notice was oiven for
the meeting.

Minutes from the orevious meeting were adopted by a unanimous
vote by NPO members.
Application to subdivide 8. 01 acres into 40 lots was
reviewed and discussed by NPO members. Concern was voiced
that R-25 zoned oroperty was again being used to build a
lower density level (R-5 in this case) .

MLP 89-14 ST. WCENT
Request by applicant to subdivide a 5. 6 acre oarcel by zone
boundaries was discussed by NPO members and no objections
were noted.
Reouest by applicant to divide 19. 81 acres into two parcels
was discussed by NPO members and no objections were noteo.
Information on this topic was not received by the NPO so the
subject was postponed until the next scheduled meeting.
CU Decision by Beth Mason was discussed by NPO members. Style
and extent of buffering between apartment complex and daycare
center (oroposed to NPO as one package originally) , do not
agree with what was agreed upon between the deve\ ooer,
neighboring residents, and the NPO. It was decided that
further action will be taken by the NPO to see that this is
resolved appealing this decision if necessary.
At 9: 15 P. M. the meeting was adjourned.
Next meeting scheduled for third Wednesday of November.
