Purpose: Observe subgrade, Lots 130 & 131
Outstanding Issues:
Upon arrival, I observed crew had prepared subgrade for lots 130 and 131, as indicated on the attached site
plan. I observed a skiff of rock placed over subgrade. Subgrade generally consisted of brown silt. I used a %z" 0
steel foundation probe to evaluate the relative density of subgrade. Resulting penetrations indicated subgrade
to be generally stiff.
Based on observations and probing, it is our opinion that lots 130 and 131 subgrade observed today, as
indicated on the attached site plan, has been prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical
recommendations
