FIELD REPORT Page 1 of 1 GDI Project: Polygon-1 13-05 Prepared By: ± Bret Moskal Project Name: Roshak Ridge i 5/6/2020 Location: SW Bull Mountain Road and SW Roy Report#: 170 Rogers Road,Tigard Arrival: 0845 Departure: I 0900 Weather: Overcast, 50s Permit#: MST2019-00210 MST2019-00076 Site Visit Requested By: Caleb(Polygon) Met With (on site): , Caleb (Via Phone) Purpose: Observe Lot 12 Subgrade Outstanding Issues: Park Slope Failure Upon arrival, I observed the subgrade within lot 12 had been prepared. Subgrade generally consisted of brown silt and had been covered with a thin layer (appx 1 in)of recycled crushed concrete. I used a Y2"diameter steel foundation probe to evaluate the consistency of the footing subgrade. Resistance to penetration generally indicates stiff to very stiff subgrade conditions. Based on our observation and probing, it is our opinion that footing subgrade within lot 12 observed today, and where indicated on the attached site plan, has been prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical recommendations.
