VISITORS: None
The meeting was called to order by Board of Commissioners'
Chairman Don W. Thomas at 7:19 p.m.
Nominations were made and seconded for the following positions:
Chairman: Neil Longfellow
Secretary: H. Dale Johnson

Nominations were approved unanimously.
Neil Longfellow assumed the Chairmanship.
The budget message was presented by the Budget Officer, Gene
H. Chamberlin, and Robert E. Santee, Administrator.
No visitors appeared to comment on the proposed budget.
Motion was made by H. Dale Johnson and seconded by Hugh A. Brown
to approve the budget as presented for all funds, including the tax
levy. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made to adjourn at 7:28 p.m. Motion carried unani-
mously. The next regular meeting was established for June 8th at
7:30 p.m.
