Resolution to Approve Indenture for Easement with Southern Pacific RESOLUTION TO APPROVE INDENTURE FOR EASEMENT WITH Sulu,raa',ad PACIFIC
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners, Tigard
Water District, hereby authorizes the execution of the indenture
with the Southern Pacific Transportation Company which grants the
district the right to construct, reconstruct, maintain and operate
a 6-inch cast iron water line beneath the railroad tracks located
at S. W. 98th and Tigard Street, Mile Post 751.45, Tigard, Oregon.
ADOPTED by the Board of Commissioners, Tigard Water
District, on April 9, 1974.
