The hearing was called to order by Mr. Nicoli at 8:02 p.m.
Motion was made to appoint Mr. George Marshall as Chairman
of the budget committee. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made to appoint Mr. Neil Longfellow as Secretary
of the budget committee. Motion carried unanimously.
Budget message was presented by Budget Officer, Robert E.
Santee.
Budget document was reviewed by the committee.
Motion was made to approve the budget as presented, except
that Blue Cross coverage for dependents be deleted. The $1680
saved thereby would be transferred to the operating contingencies
account. Motion carried unanimously.
Motions were made to approve the budget for all individual
funds; namely: General, Capital Projects Reserve, Bond Sinking,
Developer's, and Tax Levy. Motions carried unanimously.
Noy Motion was made to adjourn at 9:35 p.m. Motion carried
unanimously.
