Resolution Adopting Budget, Making Appropriations, and Levying Taxes Resolution adopting budget, making appropriations, and levying taxes 1. BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners, Tigard Water District, hereby adopts the budget approved by the budget committee on the Tigard Water District on May 9, 1972 now on file in the office of the Tigard Water District. 2. BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners, Tigard Water District, hereby levies the taxes provided for in the budget adopted in Paragraph 1 of this resolution in the aggregate amount of $34,856 and that these taxes are hereby levied upon all taxable property within the Tigard Water District as of 1 a.m. , January 1, 1972. 3. BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners, Tigard Water District, certifies to the county clerk (or other recording officer), county assessor (or other assessing officer) of Washington County, Oregon, and the State Tax Commission at its office in Salem, Oregon, the tax levy made by this resolution and shall file with them a copy of the budget as finally adopted.
