The meeting was held in the office of the Tigard Water Dis-
trict May 21, 1957 at 7.30 O'clock P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Atty. C. E. Wheelock.
The committee consisted of C. F. Selliken, K. R. rutherford,
Russell Binkley, J. P. Lohrens and W. F. Heppner.
C. F. Selliken was unanimously elected chairman, and then he
took the chair to preside.
The budger items were presented by Atty. C. E. Wheelock and
they were studied in detail by the committee.
The budget as composed is as below:-

K. R. Rutherford moved and W. F. Heppner seconded that the
budget as prepared be accepted. The motion carried.
` As there was no other business a motion was made and passed
that the meeting adjourn.
