Meeting called to order by Mr. Cook.
Motion made by Mr. Osborne that the amount so determined and
declared for taxes shall be entered in the proper records and that
the necessary copies and information thereof shall be given to the
State Tax Commission of the State of Oregon and to the County
Assessor of Washington County with instructions that the amount so
declared shall be levied and assessed on taxable property within

the said Tigard Water District. Mr. Barber seconded the notion.
Motion carried.
Motion made by Mr. Selliken, seconded, that Mr. Osborne be directed
to sign the forms directing levying of the taxes. Motion carried.
