Minutes of October 9, 2006 meeting
Members present Mrs. Gillis, Mr. Cancelosi, Mr. Callan, Mr. Tycer, Mr.
Walsh (Planning Commission member)

1. Meeting was called to order at 6:30 P.M.
2. Minutes of September 2006 meetings approved.
3. City updates
a. Volunteer tree planting — SOLV event on Saturday, October 21
from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm.
b. Street Tree Planting Program — 13 people expressed interest, 7
people qualify.
c. Meeting with Planning Commission on Monday, November 6 at
7:00 pm. Meeting will be to discuss the Tree Board's comments on
18.790 and 18.745 in the Tigard Municipal Code.
4. Costco parking lot.
5. Heritage Tree Program plaque design
6. The next Tree Board meeting will be with the Planning Commission so
there will not be a formal meeting on the second Monday of November.
