Minutes of June 12, 2006 meeting
Members present Mr. Cancelosi, Mrs. Gillis, Ms. Hagan, Mr. Sizemore

1. Meeting was called to order at 6:30 P.M.
2. Minutes of May 2006 meetings not approved since no quorum was
present.
3. City updates
a. Balloon Festival
b. Subdivision issue updates — Ask Creek Estates, Gage, Brentwood,
& Sunrise Lane.
c. Stream restoration work- Derry Dell Creek and Hiteon Creek.
d. Tree planting projects- Cook Park, Summerlake Park and
Northview Park.
e. Volunteer working with City Forester to develop maps pertaining to
the Costco parking lot project.
4. Costco parking lot. Discussed the meeting between Costco staff and two
Tree Board members, Rob Callan and Robert Cancelosi.
