Minutes of January 9, 2006 meeting
Members present Mrs. Gillis, Mr. Cancelosi, Mr. Callan, Mr. Bray,

1. Meeting was called to order at 6:30 P.M.
2. Minutes of November 14, 2005 meeting approved.
3. Lisa Olson presented the design and plans for the downtown streetscape
as part of the downtown urban renewal project. A copy of the streetscape
plan can be seen at www.tigard-or.gov/streetscape. It includes the
meeting dates of the group.
4. The Tigard Library requested the Tree Board members to do a
presentation on the Heritage Tree Program sometime in April.
5. City updates
a. Metro's Nature in the Neighborhoods Grant
b. Healthy Streams Plan/Stream Restoration and Enhancement-
Hiteon Creek.
c. Oregon Community Trees conference June 1, 2006 — Urban Forest
Management Plans
d. Heritage Trees Program
