1. Approval of Minutes —August 8, 2005.
Motion from Board to approve minutes.
2. City Updates — Matt Stine.
3. Presentation to City Council regarding changes to Sections 18.745 and 18.790 of the
Tigard Municipal Code.
4. Continue discussion on project to increase canopy percentages in parking lots
throughout Tigard. This project is tentatively called the Urban Tree Coverage
Project.
5. Follow-up on the Heritage Tree Program- each Board member will bring a
nomination for a Heritage Tree to the meeting.
The Tree Board members are anticipating a meeting with City Council on Tuesday,
September 27, 2005. If the meeting cannot be scheduled for that date between now and
then the Board will still meet on the 26f"Also, several board members would not be able
to make the meeting if it were to be held on the usual second Monday of the month,
September 12. The meeting was therefore moved to a date so that everyone could
attend.
