Minutes of December 13, 2004 meeting
Members present Mrs. Gillis, Mr. Tinnin
Staff present Julia Hajduk, Matt Stine
1. Meeting was called to order at 6:30 P.M.
2. No quarum- November's minutes were not approved.
3. Goal 5 discussion- Metro slowed process, Measure 37 put its
development on hold. Most of new Goal 5 impacts are on Bull Mtn. Tigard
looking into developing its own natural resource protection plan to go in
concert with Metro's Goal 5. Develop funding source for land acquisition.
Incentives- code related for protection of natural resources.
a. Handout- City Council's Summary sheet for 12/14/04 meeting
referring to how city will deal with Measure 37 claims.
