Minutes of October 11, 2004 meeting
Members present: Mr. Tinnin, Mr. Cancelosi, Mr. Haack, Mr. Callan, Mrs.
Gillis

Guests Present: Ken Gertz- Gertz Construction
Citizen Present: John Frewing
1. Meeting was called to order at 6:30 P.M.
2. Minutes from September meeting approved.
3. City updates:
a. Volunteer tree planting on Saturday, October 16, 2004. Event will
be at Bonita Park. We will plant street tree and trees in the natural
area long the creek.
b. Chapter 18- Development Code.
4. Chapter 18 of Tigard Municipal Code discussion.
a. Ken Gertz addressed the board giving them his perspective on
tree-related issues pertaining to Chapter 18 of the Tigard Municipal
Code.

5. Set agenda for next meeting to be held November 8, 2004:
a. Minutes
b. City updates- Matt Stine
c. Finalize Chapter 18 discussion
