Minutes of June 14, 2004 meeting
Members present: Mr. Tinnin, Mrs. Gillis, Mr. Callan, Mr. Haack,

1. Meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M.
2. Minutes from May meeting approved.
3. City updates:
a. Balloon Festival
b. Oregon Community Trees Conference- June 4 & 5, 2004
4. Heritage Tree Program discussion. Board members to review current
draft and be ready to approve at July 12, 2004 meeting. Members will
comment through e-mail until meeting in July.
5. Guest speakers- Beth St. Amand, Long-range Planner for the City of
Tigard, and Mike Marr, Downtown Tigard Task Force's representative.
Mrs. Amand and Mr. Marr presented the board with the events pertaining
to the future commuter rail project, and the overall enhancement plan to
improve the appearance of downtown Tigard. A group-wide discussion
ensued.
